UH Fine Arts Roof Replacement FY26

The University of Houston is seeking interested firms to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to full replacement of approximately 46,892 SF of roofing systems—including demolition, new membrane installation, insulation, flashing, and limited electrical scope. in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A. A Mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for Wednesday April 29, 2026 @ 8 AM CT at the University of Houston Fine Arts Building, 4188 Elgin St, Houston, TX 77004, Room 106. Following the pre-proposal meeting, there will be a roof site visit/walk through.
