Closes: 6/22/2026, 11:00:00 AM Open New Public Safety Building Bid Bid No: 062226-PSB Bid Read details. 062226_PSB_Bid_Document_ Pre Bid Meeting - 11:00AM - June 2nd 2026, 95 W Beau Street G-Level Conference Room, Washington PA 15301 NOTICE OF BID ADDENDUM 1 Notice is hereby given that Addendum 1 (Bid Form/Pricing Update) for the Construction of the new “Washington County Public Safety Building”, has been adopted and incorporated to the bid document. Bids will be promptly opened at the time indicated in the Notice to Bidders with names and pricing to be read aloud by each individual discipline indicated below and with the intention of making four bid awards, one for each specialty to the lowest, most responsive and responsible bidder. Late submissions will not be accepted. These bids shall be for the construction of the new Public Safety Building according to specifications, drawings, bid document and all addenda in their entirety. The submitting vendor should be fully qualified, experienced and insured in professionally completing projects of similar scale and scope within their discipline. The project will be bid as multiple-prime in the following disciplines: 1. GC/General Trades: Total Bid Price is to be submitted as GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Pricing) 2. Mechanical/HVAC: Bid is to be priced according to a Lump Sum and its’ corresponding breakdown 3. Electrical: Bid is to be priced according to a Lump Sum and its’ corresponding breakdown 4. Plumbing: Bid is to be priced according to a Lump Sum and its’ corresponding breakdown Owner contacts for the project are as follows and all communications, RFI’s and inquiries should be sent in written or emailed form to all of the below in a single correspondence: Washington County Owner’s Representative: msgorman@naiburnsscalo.com , the Washington County Project Manager: joseph.bendik@washcopa.gov , and the Washington County Purchasing Team: randy.vankirk@washcopa.gov – dalton.thompson@washcopa.gov . All prior notices and documents remain in full force and effect except for the contents to which this notice is addressed. This notice of addendum and any other bid updates will be posted at the Washington County website for review at www.washingtoncopa.gov/purchasing Washington County will not be held responsible for any incorrect information obtained from any source other than from Washington County. Bid offers should be fully enforceable with valid pricing for a minimum of 30 days following the bid opening.
