This contract is essential to the operation of our wastewater system. *FOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ONLY - NOT FOR SYSTEM REPAIRS* Service Location: Prophetstown State Park 4112 St Rd 225 E West Lafayette IN 47906 To allow for sufficient processing time in compliance with Indiana State Law, all quoted prices offered to the State under this Solicitation Event must be valid for thirty (30) calendar days after the Response Due Date (aka Finish Time) listed above. Prices must be inclusive of all applicable charges.
