This will provide the opportunity for Ada County to have much more efficient and transparent processes as well as a means for electronic submittals of Bids, among other key benefits. If your supplier information is not already in the system, you can register yourself by going to Supplier Registration . The registration process is fairly simple, but please note that we need your W-9 (Rev. March 2024) submitted under “Attachments” within Step 1: Company Details. (Step 4: Business Classifications & Step 5: Bank Accounts do not have to be completed to submit your registration.)
