Administration Building Dumpster Pad Expansion

<p>The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system.</p><p>The District is seeking assistance from a General Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete a dumpster pad expansion in accordance with plans and specifications and applicable codes referenced on <strong>Exhibit C – Project Specifications</strong>.</p><p>The work includes but, is not limited, to locating underground utilities; identifying conflicts; performing selective demolition; and minimizing disruption to operations.
