Proposals shall be received addressed to City of Billings, Elyse Monat, Transportation Planner, via email at until 5:00 PM (MST) on May 22, 2026. More specific additional information regarding the 2026-2027 HOUSEHOLD TRAVEL SURVEY can be obtained by contacting Elyse Monat, Transportation Planner, via telephone at (406) 247- 8637 or email at . The full Request for Proposals may also be found on the City’s website at www.billingsmt.gov , by clicking on “Doing Business,” and then on “Bids.” DOWNLOAD BID DOCUMENT (PDF) Proposers may withdraw their proposal by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana. Award of any contract may be contingent upon approval by Billings City Council. The City of Billings is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
