This Award is for a 5-Year Farrier Services contract for the Big Horn NF (BASE Year + 4 Option Years).
This was awarded from a synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constituted the only solicitation; quotes were being requested and a written solicitation was not issued. Four (4) quotes were received, only 2 vendors were acceptable in terms of technical and past performances, based on information and/or documentation submitted with the quotes.
