Description
The Atlanta VA Healthcare System with a modular mobile pharmacy cleanroom lease that is compliant with current USP 797 and USP 800 standards until construction is complete on the current cleanroom. The Atlanta VA Health Care System Pharmacy Service compounds numerous medications daily so a temporary USP 797 and USP 800 cleanroom is required to avoid any interruption to patient care services. The objective of this contract is to provide a modular mobile compounding cleanroom designed and engineered to meet USP 797 and USP 800 standards and the following:
1 Modular Mobile Pharmacy compounding cleanroom 14' wide x 48' long.
2. Hazardous exhaust that is installed and positioned 25ft horizontal from any intakes and 10 ft above highest building rooftop along the side of facility building.
3. A covered walkway with a ramp installed leading from the door of the facility to the entrance of the modular mobile pharmacy compounding cleanroom suite.
4. Ensuring the modular mobile compounding cleanroom is elevated and leveled to the height of the loading dock.
This order is inclusive of all labor, materials, equipment, installation, testing, transportation, supervision necessary, and the decommissioning of all equipment and ensure the facility is returned close to the original condition.
Salient Characteristics:
- 14’ wide x 48’ long modular building, not a trailer on wheels.
- (2) 4’ wide Laminar Air Flow hoods in the sterile buffer room.
- (2) 4’ wide BSC’s in the HZ buffer room.
- Hazardous exhaust that is installed and positioned 25 ft horizontal from any intakes and 10 ft above highest building rooftop along the side of facility building.
- A covered walkway with a ramp installed leading from the door of the facility to the entrance of the mobile pharmacy compounding cleanroom suite.
- Ability to add additional data jacks and electrical outlet upon request.
- Remote monitoring/control system hosted on a secure server that enables clients to login securely to monitor their cleanroom by viewing data through Monitoring, Alarming, Historical Trending and Reporting graphical screens.
- The system is designed to notify any registered manager or operator of alarm conditions via Voice, Email or SMS (text).
- Security system (s) can be integrated into the VA’s systems through a “Dolphin” system.
- Pre-certification include a “smoke test”. Pre-Certification report will be provided prior to delivery, and that report includes smoke tests for all FFU’s and Biosafety Cabinets.
Period of Performance Base Year plus (1) One Option Year.
