BID SOLICITATION “OWENS PARK MULTI-USE PATH, PHASE 1” CITY OF WALTON, KENTUCKY The City of Walton is accepting bids for the “Owens Park Multi-Use Path, Phase 1” project. The Project includes preparation and paving an asphalt multi-use path at a City park property. Each Bid shall be placed in a sealed envelope, marked ‘City of Walton Public Works Bid’, and be received by the City on or before 3:10 pm, local time, on Friday July 19th, 3:10 PM at City Hall, 40 N. Main Street/PO Box 95, Walton, Kentucky 41094. Bids shall be opened, reviewed and evaluated at the City’s convenience. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Each bid shall disclose clearly what is and what is not included.
