Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for a quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 Effective on March 13, 2026. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://acquisition.gov. Submission of a quote acknowledges receipt of the applicable provision, and clauses incorporated into this solicitation.

To be awarded by this contract, the offeror must be registered in the SAM and remain active during a period of performance. (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). All vendors MUST have a publicly visible registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). UEI, Duns & Bradstreet, CAGE Code & Federal Tax ID numbers MUST be submitted with offer. If you need any additional assistance in getting registered, please send me an email and I will send you additional instructions. Submission of a Quote acknowledge SAM registrations requirements.

This requirement is solicited as “Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)” in accordance with the FAR. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 812320 (Drycleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated)). This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract and will be awarded to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable. The offer must include proof of adherence to the specifications provided and have a satisfactory past performance with Government contracts.

REQUIREMENT:

The Louisiana Army National Guard (LAANG) requires laundry services for a total of 120 personnel, generating an estimated maximum of 600lbs of laundry per week.

This is to be performed in accordance with the attached PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS).

The contractor shall always maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within the attached PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS).

SUBMISSION OF QUOTES:

Offerors shall submit the attached W912NR26QA054 Solicitation Worksheet electronically to Contract Specialist, Mr. Antoneil Banton at antoneil.s.banton.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Mrs. Crystal Stiles, crystal.l.stiles2.civ@army.mil. The Government must have received from the offeror a fully compliant Quote. The Quote is compliant when it conforms to all the requirements terms and conditions specified within the solicitation and the PWS.
