Town of Inman Contractor’s Bid Form Exhibit B 1 The undersigned respondent having carefully examined the RFP, the cost allocation matrix, the draft AIA Agreements, the construction documents, including the draft geotechnical report, and having clarified all questions, hereby agrees to furnish material and labor to fulfill the Contractor’s responsibilities under the general conditions for the above-referenced project and to abide by the cost and billing rate schedules included herein. Respondent further acknowledges that the projected commencement date of construction is Third quarter, 2026, and that this proposal shall be valid until the commencement of construction and throughout the duration of the construction period. This form should be filled out separately, one for the Police Department project and one for the City Hall project. As stated within the RFP, it should be assumed that both projects will be awarded to the same general contractor; any shared savings with any costs should be considered within this form. 1.
