<p>To access this solicitation, please visit: <a href="https://fau.bonfirehub.com"><strong>https://fau.bonfirehub.com</strong></a></p><p>Florida Atlantic University (FAU) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide printing services in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW). The University intends to award multiple contracts to ensure flexibility and meet diverse departmental needs, for a period of 5 years with an option to renew for 3 more years. The purpose of this ITN is to identify and award a pool of responsive and responsible vendors capable of meeting the requirements outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW), while offering competitive pricing, value-added services, and enhanced customer support. Selected suppliers will be expected to deliver high-quality printing solutions, adhere to established timelines, and maintain consistent service standards. FAU intends to award multiple contracts to ensure flexibility, service coverage, and the ability to meet varying departmental needs. Vendors are encouraged to propose discount structures, volume-based pricing, and any additional incentives or special perks that provide measurable value to the University. Such value-added offerings may include, but are not limited to, expedited turnaround times, dedicated account management, sustainability initiatives, digital ordering platforms, and cost-saving innovations. All respondents must demonstrate their ability to meet FAU’s service requirements and provide consistent, cost-effective printing solutions. Through this ITN, FAU seeks to establish strategic partnerships with vendors who are committed to delivering excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement in printing services.</p>
