Amendment 1, resulting in Round 2, has been issued to update the following: 1) Part 5 - Cost Proposal Workbook - Added additional tab titled Schedule 5 Rate Card; and 2) Exhibit 5 WIC EBT Scope of Work - Revised 7.1.2.5 from 16-digit PAN to 19-digit PAN. Original Summary: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for online electronic benefit transfer (EBT) services for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC). The Ohio WIC program, administered within the Agency, is a federally-funded nutrition program carried out pursuant to provisions of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966. A couple items of note – Chrome is the preferred browser for OhioBuys.
