Security Operations (SecOps)

Through this Request for Offer (“RFO”), the Texas Department of Information Resources (“DIR”) seeks to procure a vendor for Security Operations (“SecOps”) to be provided to eligible DIR Customers through DIR’s Data Center Services (“DCS”) program. DIR invites interested parties that meet the RFO qualifications to submit proposals regarding their solutions and related service offerings (the submitting parties “Respondents” and the submissions “Responses”). All information shall be submitted in the format stipulated in this RFO.
