Description
The Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is soliciting suppliers to submit qualifications for the PennDOT specific Rented Equipment Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) through the eProcurement website at https://eprocurement.pa.gov/.
Those suppliers that respond to this ITQ, if found qualified by PennDOT, will be awarded a contract and eligible to respond to RFQ's (Response for Quote) for various types of rental equipment, with or without operator, in identified counties.
Please refer to the attached detailed instructions entitled “Rented Equipment Vendor User Manual.pdf” which can be found below in the Related Solicitation Files section. This manual will provide guidance on how to submit an ITQ application for the Rented Equipment ITQ contract and how to update an existing Rented Equipment ITQ contract in the eProcurement wesbite at https://eprocurement.pa.gov/.
This ITQ will have an initial enrollment starting on or about December 1, 2016, through March 22, 2017. After May 1, 2017, there will be an Open Enrollment until June 30, 2027, during which Rented Equipment suppliers may seek to be added to the list of qualified ITQ suppliers at any time through the eProcurement website at https://eprocurement.pa.gov/.
Upon initial award, existing suppliers may seek to become qualified to provide additional equipment or counties by submitting updates at any time throughout the term of the contract
