Description
The City of Seattle requests eligible Consultants submit qualifications for Information Technology related consultant rosters.BackgroundCity of Seattle ordinance allows the City to establish lists of qualified Consultants for use by any Department for skills or services in specialized areas of knowledge or experience. The City refers to these lists of qualified Consultants as rosters. A Department may contract with a Consultant on the appropriate roster for assignments or projects without a formal, advertised competitive process as long as each Contract is estimated to cost below $410,000 and the Department has determined that its needs can be fully met without soliciting proposals through public advertising.
