Camp Swift Automated Record Fire (ARF) Range

Per TGC 2269and 437.054, The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for Camp Swift Automated Record Fire (ARF) in Bastrop,Texas. Work includes but is not limited to providing all materials,equipment, labor, coordination, and supervisory activities necessary to complete construction of the project, to include but not limited to modernization of the power and data systems and repair of existing concrete coffins with associated earthwork of an existing Automated Record Fire (ARF) Range for the Texas Military Department at Camp Swift in Bastrop, Texas. This project includes civil, electrical, mechanical, and telecomtrades. The estimated Cost of this project is $2,000,000.00 including options. General Contractors must request via the group email FY26CampSwiftARF@cfmo.mil.texas.gov the Drawings/Plans and Specifications electronically in digital format. Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 2:00 PM CT on Tuesday,June 23, 2026, OR 10:00 AM CT, Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Camp Swift 1705 State Highway 95, Bastrop, Texas 78602. Failure to attend one of the two site visits will result in disqualification of the response. Competitive Sealed Proposals for TMD26-CFMO-0044704 Camp Swift Automated Record Fire (ARF) Range will be received by the TMD until 10:00 AM CT, Tuesday, August 4, 2026,at Camp Mabry, building 37, Austin, Texas 78703.
