As a part of the bid response, the vendor must supply documentation of the staff member's training and certifications relating to industrial and/or commercial type chiller equipment f) Contractor must provide a single point of contact to handle requests, address needs, and manage the overall contract. This point of contact MUST be able to address needs, fulfill requests, coordinate training, and provide feedback on other issues pertaining to the contract. g) Must be physically located within 30 miles of 201 N. Chestnut Street, Winston-Salem, NC. h) Must directly employ all staff. Sub-contracting of staff is not permitted. i) Must comply with Forsyth County’s insurance requirements.
