Print Bid Title: 2026 PAVEMENT REHAB Category: Bid Opportunities Status: Closed Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS 2026 PAVEMENT REHAB FREMONT, NEBRASKA Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk in the City Building, 400 East Military Avenue, Fremont, Nebraska, until 2:00 p.m., February 9th, 2026, and be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers at that time for all tools, labor and materials necessary to complete the work required for 2026 PAVEMENT REHAB as per the Plans and Specifications prepared by the Engineering Department and on file with the City Clerk. ESTIMATE OF QUANTITIES 3000 SY of Remove and Replace Concrete Pavement AND, other associated work including curb ramps, adjusting manholes and valves, seeding and erosion control. Contractors that are qualified to bid must obtain the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents from the City Engineer’s office, 3rd. Floor, 400 East Military Avenue, Fremont, Nebraska. A non-refundable deposit of $40.00 will be charged for each hard copy set of Plans and Specifications. Digital copies may be obtained, free of charge, by emailing the office of Civil Engineer at . All work shall conform to the City of Fremont’s Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, latest edition. The contractor shall commence work as soon as practical after execution of the contract and complete the work no later than November 15, 2026.
