Bid documents may be obtained from the town website at: https://www.pelhamweb.com/bids All bids must be received in the Selectmen’s Office at 6 Village Green, Pelham, NH by 4:00 P.M. on Thursday April 9, 2026. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted, bids MUST be marked “ HIGHWAY BIDS PAVING” or they will be: DISQUALIFIED. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at Pelham, NH Highway Department, 33 Newcomb Field Parkway, Pelham, NH on Friday April 10, 20246, at 10:00 A.M. All decisions in reference to the bid or selection of the contractor will be made by the Board of Selectmen or an authorized agent. The Town reserves the right to reject all bids or any portion of any bid or waive any bid informally deemed in the best interest of the Town of Pelham, NH. No bidder can withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening.
