Soil Sample Laboratory Analysis Services

The Oklahoma Conservation Commission (OCC) is soliciting quotes from qualified analytical laboratories to receive and process soil samples submitted by the OCC for specific laboratory analyses as described herein. The OCC intends to award a contract to a laboratory that demonstrates the technical capability, quality assurance standards, and reporting practices necessary to support soil health assessment and conservation program objectives. The selected laboratory must be capable of providing all necessary Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) documentation and related information upon request, including but not limited to analytical methods employed, instrument calibration records, and QC sample performance data. In addition to standard analytical results, the laboratory shall remit an analytical report organized by sample that details the relevance of parametric performance to soil health and/or provides a quantified soil health score.
