Print Bid Number: 006-2026 Bid Title: FULL REVALUATION (Rev 601.23) Category: General Status: Open Description: The Town of Hampton, NH, herein referred to as “Municipality”, is seeking proposals from qualified, interested parties to submit their Qualifications and a Detailed Cost Proposal for a Full Revaluation (Rev 601.23) for the Town of Hampton, New Hampshire. This proposal includes a full measure and list revaluation of all taxable and nontaxable properties over time and updating an establishment of the new base year, to arrive at full and true value as of April 1, 2028. Results will be validated by submitting to the Municipality and the Department of Revenue Administration (DRA) a Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) compliant appraisal report. One complete proposal on a flash drive shall also be submitted with the paper copies. Postmarks or other timestamps will not be accepted in lieu of actual delivery. The Respondent can use whatever delivery mechanism it chooses (but not email or fax) as long as it remains clear that the Respondent is responsible for submissions prior to the date and time. Proposals will be opened on the due date and time. Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing and must be received by the HR/Administrative Services Director ( ) no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Proposals due date to be considered. Any changes to the Request for Proposals will be provided by addendum and posted on the town website. Complete RFP 006-2026 is available on-line at https://www.hamptonnh.gov/bids.aspx All proposals received will be considered confidential and not available for public review until after a Contractor has been selected. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality, informality and/or information in the proposal, to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the Town, or to purchase on the open market if it is considered in the best interest of the Town to do so. Failure to submit all information as detailed on the Proposal Submission Checklist and/or submission of an unbalanced proposal are sufficient reasons to declare a proposal as non-responsive and subject to disqualification.
