Description

The Executive Office of the Governor (EOG) is seeking a vendor to support three key areas: securing and configuring a project domain (including identifying domain options, recommending and registering the approved domain, and completing DNS, SSL, hosting, and security setup); designing and developing a static, ADA‑compliant website of approximately 3–6 pages that aligns with State of Florida branding, integrates EOG‑provided content, is responsive across devices, includes hosting configuration, quality assurance testing, and a simple content‑update mechanism; and producing complementary graphic materials such as infographic one‑pagers, icons, banners, and other visual assets consistent with the site’s design. Vendors must provide evidence of completion, adhere to professional and procurement best practices, and include all associated costs in their Quote.
