As a part of the bid response, the vendor supply documentation of the staff member's training and certifications relating to industrial and/or commercial type chiller equipment. 2) Contractor and technician completing the work must have a minimum of 10 years in Commercial, Industrial HVAC business. 3) Contractor must provide a single point of contact to handle requests, address needs, and manage the overall contract. 4) Contractor must have a physical location within 30 miles of 201 N. Chestnut St, Winston-Salem, NC.
