Description

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price for the installation of a Cummins Generator at the residence of the U.S. Consul General in Forest Hill area of Toronto. 

The United States Consulate General, Toronto intends to conduct a pre-proposal site visit on May 6, 2026 at 11:00 am EST. The site visit will be held at the residence of the U.S. Consul General in Forest Hill area of Toronto. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Toronto Procurement at email: torontoprocurement@state.gov to confirm their attendance by 4:00 pm on April 21, 2026.

Quotations are due by 4:00 pm on May 29, 2026 ET. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
