Description
The Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) is seeking solutions from industry partners for the rapid development and integration of innovative capabilities. This solicitation is issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 4022 for the award of a Prototype Other Transaction Agreement (OTA). AFSOC encourages participation by non-traditional defense contractors, small businesses, and innovative commercial firms capable of rapidly prototyping and transitioning solutions. The Government reserves the right to award a single or multiple OTAs from this solicitation. Any follow-on production effort will be conducted in accordance with 10 U.S.C. § 4022(f), provided the Prototype OTA is successfully completed and the of the statute are satisfied. This solicitation and any resulting agreement are not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), except as specifically incorporated.
