Description
This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Section II. Description
The solicitation number for this procurement is FA483026Q0008 and it is issued as an RFQ. The 23D Contracting Squadron is soliciting for: Fire Truck Repair- Engine 156.
This acquisition is for a competitive set aside 100% for Small Business concerns. All quotations will be evaluated according to the evaluation criteria stated in the solicitation and award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror.
The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without negotiations with Offerors. Therefore, the Offeror’s initial quote should contain the Offeror’s best terms. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct negotiations, if necessary.
All References to "offer" or "offeror" in the clauses and provisions incorporated below are deemed to have the meaning of "quotation" and "quoter" respectively. Any quotation received in response to this RFQ is not binding until the contractor either signs the purchase order issued at the time of award or starts performance. IAW RFO 52.219-1, the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) and the small business size standard for this procurement is 811121 with a small business size standard of $9 million. The Federal Supply Classification code for this requirement is J023.
Section III. Requirement Information
1. Description: Complete repairs outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) necessary for Engine 156, a 2021 Type III Fire Engine, designated by the Air Force as a wildland firefighting apparatus. Specifically, the proposed work includes the removal, repair, and replacement of the damaged body work on the passenger’s side rear compartment panel and replacement of the damaged center compartment door, on a Rosenbauer Vehicle.
All work shall be in strict compliance with the specification of the contract and SOW, Attachment 1.
2. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be: 60 calendar days
3. Place of Delivery/Performance/Acceptance/FOB Point:
Fire Truck- Engine 156 shall be picked up from and delivered back to Moody AFB, GA 31699
