Description

EXTERIOR PAINTING 8 BUILDINGS AT DAVIS BAYOU IN OCEAN SPRINGS, MS
Visitor Center (MS21), Maintenance Office (MS10), Carpenter and Marine Shop (MS11), Lumber Storage (MS12), Electrical/Plumbing Shop (MS13), Vehicle Storage (MS14), Grounds Maintenance Storage (MS15), and the Warehouse Storage (MS16). Work includes minor repairs, surface preparation, priming, and painting Walls, wood siding, trim, fascia, soffit and masonry surfaces. The NPS will solicit quotes in the local trade area by directing RFQ to at least three HUBZone Small Business under NAICS Code 238320 for Painting and Wall Covering Contractors. Acquisition will be conducted IAW procedures in FAR Part 12, Part 36 and FAR subpart 22.4 on labor standards for contracts involving construction. MAGNITUDE: Estimated Price Range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
