UMC Summit Tower Floors 1 & 5 Remodel

PWP-CL-2026-371 SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: This work will primarily take place on floors one (lobby) and five within UMC's Summit Tower, located at 2040 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. As part of the work, there are to be finish updates with minor upgrades to the electrical and low voltage. The refresh work will also include, but not be limited to, repairing any damaged areas outside of the scope. For full details, see the Instructions with Exhibit A (Scope of Work) via the Attachments tab. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., beginning at the entrance to the building located at 2040 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. Bid documents, specifications, and drawings will be available on the NGEM System starting on Thursday , May 28, 2026. All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in the NGEM system no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2026. OWNER aims to issue any necessary Addenda by the close of business Friday, June 19, 2026. However, OWNER reserves the right to issue Addenda after said date. Responses will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website at www.ngemnv.com on or before Friday , June 26, 2026, at 11:00:00 a.m., based on the time clock on the NGEM website.
