Description

The City of Fruita is requesting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide engineering, surveying, and consulting services on an as-needed basis, and will contract with up to three qualified firms. However the City of Fruita, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to select any number of qualified engineering firms to award. There will NOT be a mandatory or non-mandatory pre-bid meeting with prospective Offerors. All questions from prospective Offerors regarding the Project and requiring a response prior to opening of bidding must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent at the City in writing prior to 3:00 PM on May 1, 2026. If necessary, all Addenda responding to Project questions and providing necessary clarifications will be issued by 4:00 PM on May 6, 2026. All questions about these Instructions, or the bidding or Project materials being provided, must be submitted to City’s Purchasing Agent by email at: MacKenzie Erickson, document.write('merickson'+'@'+'fruita.org') merickson@fruita.org For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address..Proposals must be submitted and received by City on or before 2:30 PM on May 19, 2026.
