Description
<p>The Town of Orange Park, hereinafter referred to as the Town, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the Town’s Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) State Revolving Fund (SRF) Supplemental Appropriation for Hurricanes Helene and Milton (SA-HM) Collection System Resiliency and Hardening Upgrades project. The Town intends to select one qualified engineering firm in accordance with the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Section 287.055, Florida Statutes.</p><p>Submittals: Respondents shall submit one (1) original, six (6) copies, and one (1) flash drive of their proposal to the Town Clerk’s Office at 2042 Park Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073. Submittals must be in a SEALED envelope or container marked "RFQ-03-2026: Professional Engineering Services for FDEP SRF SA-HM Project" and received no later than Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM (local time). Proposals received after this deadline shall not be accepted.</p><p>The Town reserves the right to reject any or all parts of any or all responses, waive irregularities, or cancel this solicitation in the Town’s best interest.</p><p>Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing no later than Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM to Rachel Savidge, Management Analyst, at rsavidge@townop.com.</p>
