Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Proposals\nmay be mailed or hand delivered to City Hall at 300 West Fourth Street, Craig, Colorado\n81625. Electronic submissions will also be accepted and can be emailed to the City Clerk at\ nkcarmody@cityofcraig.org . Mailed and emailed proposals shall be addressed to the City of Craig\nand shall include the project title \"Boys & Girls Club Boiler Replacement\u201d written thereon.\n\nElectronic bidding documents will be available on April 1, 2026 and may be obtained on\n\nBidNet Direct at https://www. .com/colorado/cityofcraig.\n\nA mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday April 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at the\nBoys & Girls Club located at 1324 East Highway 40 in Craig, Colorado. Any proposal received after the time and date specified shall\nnot be considered. No proposer may withdraw a proposal within 60 days after the actual date of\nthe opening thereof. Should there be reasons why the contract cannot be awarded within the\nspecified period the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Owner and the\nproposer.\n\nThe party to whom the contract is awarded will be required to execute the agreement. The\nnotice to proceed shall be issued within ten (10) days of the execution of the agreement by the\nOwner. Should there be reasons why the notice to proceed cannot be issued within such period,\nthe time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Owner and the proposer.
