Our department staff have over 60 years of combined experience in the printing industry and have built a reliable business relationship with our customers based on service and quality. CNM DPC understands that your projects require the greatest care and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on offering our customers the best service possible and are always striving toward expanding our capabilities. Submit a Request Print Request Process Go to Duplicating and Postal Community Insights page . Click on Faculty Printing and Duplicating Order Form or Staff Printing and Duplicating Order Form. Faculty are limited to basic BW/Color print and must route requests for services such as cardstock, laminating, etc. through a department administrator. Complete form details (Faculty) Initiator fields auto-populate for the logged-in user "Requestor Search by Name" field Enter last name, first name Select accordingly from dropdown if more than one option is available Remaining requestor fields auto-populate upon name selection Select "Academic School" and "Program" from dropdown Select the only option available from the "Billing" dropdown Complete form details (Staff) Enter required billing info: cost center number (fund auto populates), state exhibit number Select "Services Options" then enter required fields. Select additional services if necessary. Upload file(s) Power Apps allows only one file upload per request. Anything over 50MB is too large to attach to the form, but the form must still be completed, stating in special instructions “file too large to attach, submitted via email to [email protected] ", then email file to DPC. Provide special instructions in the space provided. Verify attachment is included before submitting form, or select "No Attachment" if appropriate, then email large files to DPC after submitting the form.
