Description
<p>In accordance with ITB, Special Condition No. 18, the Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received. </p><p>The Department hereby provides notice of its decision to REJECT ALL bids received for DOT-ITB-26-9073-SJ<strong>, </strong>with the intent to resolicit. </p><p>The bid(s) received will remain in the care and custody of the Department and will become a part of the Department's official file. In accordance with Section 119.071, Florida Statutes, the bid is exempt from the public record law until such time as notice of an intended award decision for the reissued ITB is posted</p><p>Pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, any person adversely affected by the agency decision or intended decision shall file with the agency a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after the posting of the notice of decision or intended decision. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. </p><p>The required notice of protest, bond, and formal written protest must each be timely filed with the Florida Department of Transportation, Clerk of Agency Proceedings, 605 Suwannee St, M. S. 58, Tallahassee FL 32399-0458. </p>
