SummaryThe Authority is seeking qualified professional coaches to provide professional one-on-one coaching for its employees. We recognize that investing in employee growth and leadership development enhances job performance, fosters innovation, and strengthens team collaboration. By offering personalized coaching, the Authority aims to empower employees with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their roles while supporting the agency’s mission. We invite experienced coaches to submit proposals detailing their approach, qualifications, and pricing for these services. ProcessThe RFQ will be posted on an ongoing basis through June 30, 2026, to accept proposals from qualified firms and individuals. While this RFQ is posted, the Authority will entertain written requests for information and respond in a reasonable timeframe. These questions and answers will be posted on the Authority’s website related to this RFQ. Following receipt of a proposal, the Authority will review the proposal and may request an interview as part of the evaluation process. All proposals will be notified, in writing, regarding the final decision for the selection for work, estimated to be approximately 30- 60 days of receipt.Your proposal must be delivered to the Authority via email to info@aqda.ohio.gov.The RFP, as well as responses to any inquiries received, may be accessed at: https://ohioairquality.ohio.gov/procurement
