REBID Building Inspection & Appraisal The Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) is soliciting quotes from qualified Vendors to perform a comprehensive pre-acquisition building inspection, appraisal, and environmental due diligence review of the privately owned property commonly known as the Leland Building, located at 527 E. Capitol Avenue, Springfield, Illinois. See attached scope of work for details. Item # 1: ( 946 - 15 ) The Illinois Commerce Commission is seeking quotes from certified building inspectors to perform a comprehensive commercial property inspection of the Leland Building, located at 527 E. Capitol Avenue in Springfield, Illinois. The selected vendor will conduct a thorough assessment of the building's structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as elevators, fire and life safety systems, ADA-related features, office and commons areas, overall interior condition, and exterior sidewalk entryways and drainage. Full scope details are provided in the Scope of Work under the Attachments tab. ***Subcontractors are allowed.
