On this line, Bidders must enter $0.00 for Contract Amount in the e-procurement system. Actual Contract Amount must be entered on "Official Bid Document" and submitted as an attachment in the e-procurement system. Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** Phase 2 is an Architectural renovation and Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing upgrade. Architectural renovation consists of upgrading the exhibit spaces along the ramp at level 1 and Level 1, with new raised platforms, upgraded exhibit areas and railings along the ramp. It also includes removing the existing stair in the office area, and filling in the floor at Level 2. The existing Level 2 area above the offices is to be renovated and converted to an exhibit space. This works includes removing several walls and ceilings, and after the floor infill, new walls, finishes and MEP components are to be provided. Phase 2 includes New lighting and controls, an upgrade to the existing HVAC system to accommodate the areas affected by the renovated areas.
