Description
Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement . All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: AI-Enabled MTSS Platform Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, May 26, 2026 and opened forthwith. The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, May 11, 2026 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time . Boston Public Schools (BPS) is seeking a comprehensive, unified data platform to support the implementation of an Equitable MTSS. The platform must integrate a range of student input and outcome data—including attendance, grades, and assessments—with generative AI tools to assist educators in creating, monitoring, and adjusting tier 1 instruction and intervention and enrichment plans. The selected solution must ensure the highest standards of student data privacy while allowing for deep customization of curriculum and assessment inputs.
