Description

The scope of work includes: Demolition of an existing retaining wall, construction of a new reinforced concrete retaining wall, and general site cleanup and restoration, including disposal of old trailers and is further detailed in the plans and specifications available electronically only on or about April 20, 2026, upon request submitted to bid.info@boston.gov . The estimated construction cost for this project is $570,344. Pre-Bid Meeting: May 13, 2026, 11:00 AM at 641 Columbia Rd., Boston, MA 02125 General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of the amount bid, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category of work noted below), and DCAMM Update Statement. *All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid. General bid: General Building Construction All bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, 26 Court Street, 1 st Floor, Boston, MA 02108 before 12:00 PM (Twelve o'clock pm) on May 21, 2026, for General bids at which time and place respective bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud in person and virtually.
