Dear Prospective Bidde rs:

This amendment is being issued to amend certai n information in the above -named IFB. All
information contained herein is binding on all Bidders who respond to this IFB. Specific parts of
the IFB have been amended. The changes are listed below. New language has been double
underlined and marked in bold (i.e. word ), and language that has been deleted has been marked
with a strikethrough (i.e. word ).

1. Revise Section 6. Contract Term

The Contract resulting from th is solicitation will be for a one year period beginning
March 324, 2017 and ending March 223, 2018 .

2. Revise Section 8. Submission Information

The origi nal, to be so identified, and three (3) copies of the Bid must be received by t he
Procurement Officer by 3:00 PM Wednesday February 23 March 8 , 201 7 in order to be
considered. Requests for extension of this date or time shall not be granted. Bidders
mailing Bids should allow sufficient mail delivery time to insure timely receipt by the
Procurement Officer. Bids or unsolicited modifications to Bids arriving after the closing
time and date will not be considered, except under the conditions identified in COMAR
21.05.02.10 B and 21.05.03.02 F.

Bids will b e opened at10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 24 Thursday, March 9 , 2017 .
Bids will be opened publicly in accordance with the provisions of COMAR
21.05.02.11B. The name of each Bidder, the Bid price, and such other information as is
deemed appropriate shall be read aloud or ot herwise conveyed at the time of Bid opening.
The Bids shall be tabulated or a Bid abstract made. Bids will be made available for
public inspection at or within a reasonable time after Bid opening. Any material
deemed confidential or proprietary by the B idder must be clearly marked and shall
be readily separable from the Bid to facilitate public inspection of the non -

confidential portion of the Bid. A blanket statement declaring the entire Bid
confidential is not acceptable.
