State Project No. 2026-881-8S218 This Project is Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged (ED) Veteran-Owned preference. A. The work will be completed under one prime contract. B. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. A. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. Contact the Gopher State one Call Agency to notify them of work on the Howard Tract Access Road, which is located approximately 2 miles west and 1.5 miles south of Appleton, MN. 2. Contact the Gopher State One Call Agency to notify them of work on the Bahl Tract Access Road, which is located approximately 4 miles east and 1 mile south of Odessa, MN. 3. Provide erosion controls as shown on the plans, or as modified to meet the chosen construction methods. 4. Provide a backhoe to remove and replace the existing culvert as designated on the Plans. 5. Provide excavation and grading equipment capable of regrading the existing road bed to for the construction of a low overflow crossing with riprap protection and drivable surge rock surfacing. 6. Provide aggregate surfacing to regrade the approaches to the low overflow crossings. 7. Provide seeding and mulch to restore the roadside turf. 8. Remove the erosion controls after the erodible areas have been stabilized.
