State Project No. 2026-933-8P471 Charles Lindbergh State Park Site Improvements This Project is Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged (ED) Veteran-Owned preference. 1. The work will be completed under one prime contract. 2. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Erosion control. 2. Clearing and grubbing. 3. Demolition and removals. 4. Concrete surfacing (parking and walk). 5. Aggregate surfacing. 6. Asphalt surfacing. 7. Pavement marking. 8. Bike rack, bike repair station installation. 9. Construction of signage kiosk with roof. 10. Seeding and site restoration. Plans and Specifications were prepared by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Contact: Bryan Kramer All responses to this solicitation must be submitted and received in the Quest CDN Plan Room no later than 2:00pm on May 28, 2026.
