State Project No. 2026-853-8T373 This project is Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged (ED) Veteran-Owned preference and has a 3% (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal established. SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. A. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. 16,200 CY of Common Excavation 2. 600 CY of Granular Borrow 3. 17,275 SY. of Grading and Compacting Subgrade 4. 12,340 SY. of 2.5” Thick Bituminous Paving 5. 4,800 SY. of Erosion Control Blanket 6. 7,185 LF. of Preassembled Silt Fence 7. 174 LF. of Corrugated Aluminum Steel Pipes 8. 9.1 Acres of Clearing and Grubbing 9. 6.7 Turf Establishment C. DESCRIPTION OF ALTERNATES Alternate 1: Construct additional .12 Miles (650 LF) of additional Trail with concrete vehicle crossing slab. D. DESCRIPTION OF UNIT PRICES The Bid must be based upon the estimated quantities listed in the bid worksheet within the VirtuBid area of the Quest CDN plan room for this project. Responders must provide a unit price for each item described in the bid worksheet within the VirtuBid area of the QuestCDN plan room for this project. See subsection 1.14(C) Considerations of Responses of Section 00 21 23 Instructions to Responders for additional detail on how unit prices will be utilized under a Contract. If a responder discovers an error or needs additional clarification regarding the unit prices described in bid worksheet described above, submit a question by the end of the question-and-answer period stated in Section 00 11 14 Solicitation Advertisement Information. See subsection 1.03(B) Examination of Site and Documents of Section 00 21 23 Instructions to Responders for additional detail. Plans and Specifications were prepared by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Contact: Jeff Erickson, P.E. All responses to this solicitation must be submitted and received in the Quest CDN Plan Room no later than 2:00pm on June 04, 2026. Bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com.
