SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. Construction of Area 5 Improvements to include: • One approximately 8750 SQFT Company Headquarters Building of 5 suites. • One approximately 5750 SQFT Bachelor Officer Quarters of 12 room suites. The Buildings are concrete masonry with overhanging wood trussed metal panel roofs with metal stud partitions. Includes smooth concrete floors, FRP covered gypsum wall assemblies with rated walls, interior spray foam walls, hollow metal door and frames, grade 1 hardware, fiberglass windows, cast stone sills, steel fabrications, tile flooring, recessed entry mats, toilet partitions, 6” rubber base, acoustical ceiling tile, prefinished metal soffit, mineral wool insulation, signage, protected stoops, fire protection, window shades and others. Bachelor Officer Quarters is plumbing intensive with 6 fixtures per suite.
