Description
The City of Charlotte is using the Bonfire e-Procurement Portal (“Procurement Portal” - https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com) to accept and evaluate proposals for this RFP. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Portal on or before the Due Date in order to be accepted. You can search for the RFP document under the project number 269-2026-2068. The purpose of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to obtain a qualified Contractor to design and operate a Fare Inspection Ambassador Program for CATS transit services. The Contractor shall deploy trained customer service centric personnel to conduct fare inspections, ensure system-wide fare compliance, and support a safe and professional rider experience.
