Description
The scope of work consists of an addition that connects to existing building with a prefabricated canopy. Building project consists of: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, interior and exterior building construction as well as site work including the addition of a paved parking area. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for this project will be held at: 805 S. 5th St, Sanford, NC 27330 at 10:00 A.M. on May 14, 2026, in front of the Lee County General Services Department building. Inclement weather plan: meet inside of building’s garage. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents or Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to Moseley, www.moseleydesigns.com/bidding/ Written requests for clarification shall be received by the close of business, 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on June 2, 2026. Any changes made to the written requirements of the Bid Documents shall be made by written Addendum only.
