NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., on July 7, 2026, in the office of Mecklenburg County Asset & Facility Management Department, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, North Carolina 28208, for the construction of the Hal Marshall Center MCSO Parking Lot Drainage and Pavement Repairs at which time and place Bids from North Carolina Licensed General Contractors will be opened and read aloud. Single-prime, lump sum bids from North Carolina Licensed General Contractors will be taken for construction as indicated in the bidding documents. Proposals must be made on standard forms furnished by the County. The project is located at 700 N Tryon St, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202. Bids submitted by NC Licensed General Contractors that have not provided a Letter-of-Interest may be considered non-responsive.
