Description
The Town of Cary is seeking bids from qualified companies for the furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of Cary Tennis Park Post Tension Courts. The Cary Tennis Park Post Tension project scope of work includes the demolition and installation of twelve (12) post-tension concrete courts and associated amenities including concrete walkways and retaining walls, elevated concrete bleacher seating areas, court and bleacher canopy structures, stormwater drain improvements, underground utilities, and tennis court equipment. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 1:00 PM ET on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. A final addendum, if needed, will be posted by July 16, 2026. Final bid opening is scheduled for 2:00 PM on Wednesday July 22, 2026.
