UNR - Install New Boilers at Lake Tahoe Prim Library

The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there. Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. Replace the two existing 1.5 MBH boilers. UNR Project#: # 24MNC02720 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2026-342 SPWD Project #: N/A Estimated Cost Range: $50,000 to $150,000 Liquidated Damages: $200 per day Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation will be required. An Installation Floater will be required if the award amount is less than $100,000. Builders Risk Insurance will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000.
