Replace the roof and install structural retrofit to reinforce the roof system diaphragm. UNR Project#: # 22RPR02312 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2026-374 SPWD Project #: 26-B059 Estimated Cost Range: $300,000 to $400,000 Liquidated Damages: $500 per day Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability, Contractors Equipment (including any equipment for the job), Installation Floater, Rigger's Liability, and Builder's Risk will be required.
